On October 28, 2021, thirteen students from Holy Trinity were confirmed by Bishop Conley.

The Grand Knight and Treasurer of the Knights of Columbus received awards on October, including the award for Star Council in 2020.

On Saturday, October 16, members of the Knights of Columbus met to clean the ditches along Highway 92.

On January 3, 2021, the new PCCW officers were installed: Secretary Deb Pelan, Treasurer Pam Jakub, Vice President Elizabeth Pelan, President Katie Fencl and Fr. Snitily.

On February 16, 2020, Holy Trinity celebrated World Marriage Day with a brunch for married couples.  Pictured with Fr. Snitily are parishioners that have been married for more than 50 years.

On October 12, 2019, members of Holy Trinity gathered in the park to pray the rosary for our country.  It was part of a national program to pray the rosary in public on the anniversary of Our Lady's appearance at Fatima.   

Graduation 2019

On May 5, 2019, the high school graduates from Holy Trinity were honored at Mass.  We wish them well as the begin the next stage in their lives.

On January 6, 2019, the new PCCW officers were installed: Samantha Vandenberg, Secretary; Connie Janak, President; Fr. Snitily; Nancy Vrbka, Treasurer; Shari Havlovic, Vice President.

On Tuesday, October 16, Bishop Robert Finn conferred the sacrament of confirmation on thirteen students at Holy Trinity.  The students are in fifth, sixth, and seventh grades.

On Saturday, October 13, 2018, members of Holy Trinity gathered in the park to pray the rosary and offer prayers for our country.  The rosary was part of a national effort to pray in public places for our country on the 101st anniversary of miracle of the sun in Fatima. 

On Sunday, June 3, 2018, our parish celebrated Corpus Christi with a Eucharistic procession to three altars outside the church.  Prayers were said at each altar and Mass concluded with benediction inside the church.

First Communion was celebrated at the 9:00 a.m. Mass on April 8, 2018.

The original housekeeper's bedroom was being used as the pastor's bedroom.  It is now a guestroom.  The door to the bathroom was removed, the bathroom was enlarged, and the closet door now became the door to the bathroom.  The wood floors are original.

The parish office (original kitchen) remained where it was.  The door to the living room was removed.  Tile in front of the entrance was added.  The bathroom (original pantry) was converted into a storage room for office supplies and the copy machine.

The wood floor in the front entry had paper, linoleum, plywood, and laminate over it.  It is now restored to its original beauty. 

The southwest guestroom was made into the pastor's bedroom.  This room was originally the pastor's bedroom when the house was built.  The ceiling was raised to the original height.  The wood floors are original. 

The kitchen remained in the same location, but was expanded.  The window over the sink was made larger, the ceiling was restored to its original height and much more storage was added.

The dining room has become a living room and kitchen.  The wall between the old kitchen and dining room was removed.  The ceilings were raised to the original height and the porch now has heating and cooling.

The ceiling in the northeast guestroom was raised to the original height.  It now shares a bathroom with the northwest guestroom.  The wood floors are original. 

The living room of the rectory has become the dining room.  The ceiling was raised back to the original height, the door to the parish office was removed, and the angled wall in the corner was removed.

On February 18, 2018, members of the Knights of Columbus, Msgr. Alois J. Klein council #8889, made their corporate communion at the 9:00 a.m. Mass.  They also led the rosary before Mass. 

The Holy Trinity PCCW honored 24 couples married fifty or more years on February 11 with  breakfast and a floral  bouquet.  Father Snitily gave the couples a blessing at the weekend Masses to celebrate World Marriage Day.  

The Knights of Columbus sponsored the annual free throw competition at East Butler High School on January 13, 2018.

On October 23, 2017, the Holy Trinity Quilters met at the Klein Center.  They commemorated the completion of their 800th quilt and presented Fr. Snitily with a check for $500 to buy ceiling fans for the rectory. 

The annual choir party was held on 9-24-17 at Winfield's in David City.  After the meal, Sharon Svoboda presented Betty Lou Kobza with a gift card and certificate of appreciation for her 27 years of service as an organist.
